Orders are shipped after full payment is received. Shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase. Delivery lead time will be communicated on customer email ID at the time of purchase.
Payments
50% of the product cost must be paid as an advance at the time of placing an order. Full payment is required before delivery.
Images
All images on our site give an idea of the look of the product, there may be a slight variance in the final physical product.
No Refunds or Cancellations
We process your orders the moment they come in with your 50% advance hence we are unable to accept refunds or cancellations. Kaysha Jewels follows a 'Product Customisation' based policy.
Damaged Products
If a product is damaged during transit, we offer a store credit equal to the purchase amount.
To claim store credit, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
